Life is better outside.
And all I want, is to give my dogs their best life.

No matter the weather, we go out, make camp, cook a comforting meal, and spend time together.
We explore new places, build things, get wet, get dirty, and occasionally have absolutely no idea what we're doing.

No grand expeditions required.
Just being together in the rain, under the tarp... is all we need.

Sometimes adventure is simply finding a quiet place, putting up a shelter, lighting a fire, and spending time together under the sky.

Thachi, Afex, Prince
I'll be honest: I cannot imagine my life without them.
That leaves me only one choice: living with them to the fullest.

Thachi
Our beloved German Shepherd, and the first member of the Pack.

Thachi is a five-year-old male rescue. He’s been in our lives since he was four months old.

He is a relentless athlete, always ready to go for a run. If I suddenly feel like going outside at 10 p.m. for absolutely no reason, he's ready before I am.

But underneath all that intensity is an incredibly affectionate dog. Thachi doesn't really do anything halfway. When he plays, he gives you everything. When he works, he gives you everything. And when he loves you, it's just the same.
Â
He has been with me through countless walks, hikes, trips, rivers, winters and ordinary days that became memorable simply because we were together.

He lives for you — and in return, leaves you no choice but to live for him.
Prince
Prince, little Prince... is beloved by everyone. Not that Thachi is not—but if Thachi's energy is more "Let's go play!", Prince's energy is more "Let us appreciate life together, love."
Â
Don't get it twisted: he's still a good athlete! When he decides to go, he goes! But it's only walks in nature that bring that out of him.
Â
Our three-year-old male Husky / Golden Retriever LOVES nature.
Â
He lives to be in nature.
Â
Prince is an old soul; everybody instantly recognizes it. And his soul is so sweet, beautiful, and pure. He loves just sitting and observing the landscape — that's his thing.
We still cannot believe how lucky we were... to be able to rescue him, too. Many families had him before us, but all failed to recognize his energy. He's been with us since he was five months old. And we thank the universe daily for that.

Afex
Words can never express the amount of love this little sweetheart has in him.Â

Afex is Prince's son. His mother, named Alaska, is a Labernese. A sweetheart herself — we're good friends with her human.
Â
And so, we first saw Afex (formerly Richard) when he was still the smallest puppy. Out of a litter of 10, he was the first one to venture out, and the most energetic. Ready to explore and offer cuddles.
Â
And he's not shy about it: if he needs cuddles — which is all the time — he'll come and get them from you. There's no way out of it. He forces you to remember that life is about love.
Afex has more or less never been alone in his life. He was either with his mother and siblings, or with his father Prince and uncle Thachi.
This bundle of love is incredibly playful and athletic. With him, I'm able to play in ways Thachi and Prince just don't understand. We wrestle together, always lovingly. We play tag. We go on crazy runs.
He was the missing piece of the puzzle.
I didn't know it at the time, but I needed him in my life.

We Eat Together...
...and everything I cook is prepared with them in mind.
Food is a big part of our adventures. I like making simple, comforting meals outdoors — real food, made from the heart, eaten together.
But sharing a meal with the Pack also means knowing what belongs in their bowls and what doesn't.
The portions I prepare for Thachi, Prince and Afex never contain ingredients known to be harmful or dangerous to dogs. Quite the contrary: I build our meals around simple, wholesome ingredients that we can all enjoy.
That means, among other things... no salt for me!Â
Well, not quite: I do bring salt and add it to my portion only. That way, I can enjoy it too! 😆
